Employment code amendments 2018
Following agreement from the trade unions, the 2017 Pay Award (effective 1 July 2017) has been agreed and implemented. Appendix A7.3 has been amended to show the details of the 2017 pay award.
Following consultation and agreement with trade unions the Sickness Absence Management policy has been amended effective 1 January 2018. Details of the changes can be found in the amendment history at the foot of the policy.
